Refund & Returns Policy

At VSPGI, we aim to provide exceptional Real Estate and IT services. However, due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be entertained only if requested within 7 days of payment and before the commencement of service/project. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@vspgi.com with your reason.

2. Real Estate Services

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested before signing of agreement or allotment letter.
  • Once agreements are signed, cancellations are subject to project-specific terms.
  • Booking amounts are non-refundable once property is blocked in your name.

3. IT Services

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested before project commencement.
  • Partial refund (up to 40%) may be considered if work has not significantly started.
  • No refunds once custom deliverables have been shared.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase and may take 7–10 working days to reflect. Taxes and government fees are non-refundable.

5. No Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases

  • Incorrect or outdated details provided.
  • Failure to respond to communication attempts.
  • Services already delivered or consumed.
  • Customized agreements with a “No Refund” clause.
